Refunds Policy

The Sensory Kids Outlet hope you are delighted with your selection, but if it has not lived up to your expectations please check here for our policy on returns.

 

Please check your order carefully on opening. If you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to exchange it for you or refund the purchase price as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Notify us within 7 working days to receive approval to return
  • Return the item in unopened original packaging (return shipping cost is your responsibility)
  • Copy of original invoice/ proof of purchase to be provided.
Damage and defects

We wrap and protect your items to the best of our ability.  However, if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the nature and extent of damage.

  • Please wait to hear back regarding return instructions.
  • We will replace any items damaged by the shipping process. 
  • Damaged packaging is not covered.

If you discover your item has a manufacturing defect we will exchange the item with another of the same description or value, or provide you with a refund, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Notify us within 7 working days to receive approval to return.
